A Letter from the Secretary General,

Esteemed Participants,
I welcome you all to the second edition of MUNZ as the Secretary General of this conference. I am Ferhat Deniz Kale and I currently am a junior student studying at Zafer College Private High School. It is great honor for me to serve as the Secretary General of this conference with a fantastic organization and academic team. Needless to say, it took a lot of effort and perseverance to make the conference of MUNZ’25 a reality. Nevertheless, I wholeheartedly believe that this will be one of, if not the best conference you will experience from a organizational and academic standpoint.
The challenges we have faced during the beginning of the preperations were not easy to overcome, I however must thank our advisor teachers Bahadır Özkul and Liz Oya Öngüç for assisting us and help solve certain matters much more smoothly.

Regardless however, there were still problems and I still have so much more people to thank for supporting me and still do. First and foremost I want to thank the entirety of the organization and academic team. Without their efforts this conference would not have even happened, I want to thank my fellow Director General, Sarp Arı for being extremely supportive and meticulous during the preperations, without the preperations would take so much more time and stalling. Additionally I want to thank the two Deputy Director Generals, Kaan Yusuf and Ceren Gemici. Needless to say their efforts were without a doubt a huge help. I also want to thank my fellow Academic Advisor Görkem Can Coşkun, without him I would absolutely have struggled on certain matters and it’s thanks to him that the academic side of things are going quite smoothly. Lastly I want to thank my both Deputy Secretary Generals Boran Alabay and Volkan Ünver. Without their assistance some things would not have worked out, their immense support has always encouraged me to push harder. I especially want thank them for being amazing friends and supporting me along the way. Regardless, to me MUNZ is like a family to me, and having the chance to make the second annual session for it was a dream to me. Either way, I am extremely thankful for the people supporting us along the way throughout the making of this conference.

A Letter from the Director General,

Esteemed Participants,

As the Director General of the annual MUNZ’25, I am eager to welcome you all to this conference. My name is Sarp Arı, and I am an 11th grade student at Zafer College Science High School. It is an honor to serve such an incredible event as the Director General with my amazing and perfect organization team. Last year I was in organization team as Head of Security of MUNZ’24. That conference was the best conference of all time I participated, and I can ensure that MUNZ’25 will be as good as last year.

I would like to start thanking by Deniz Kale.MUNZ’24 and MUNZ’25 would not have been possible without him because of his skillful and academic achievements and energy. I started doing MUN’s with him since 2022 which we were in the same committee as delegates. Now we are Secretary General and Director General of this amazing conference. Then I would like to thank Kaan for being my deputy in this conference and being one of my best friends. He has been supported me for all of this MUN journey and helped me about everything I couldn’t do. I wouldn’t forget Deniz’s deputy Volkan. We were going MUN’s since we started, and he has been amazing at being an academical monster. He has been one of my best friends which makes this conference more and more special. Last but not least I would like to thank my deputy Ceren and second Deputy Secretary General of this conference Boran. In last year’s conference they were heads like me which we experienced a lot of hardships in MUNZ’24 that made us experienced about MUNZ’25. Now they are in the same executive team. I would like to add my special thanks to last year's executive team Efe Erilhan, Rüya Ekin Ünsal, Berk Kemiksizoğlu who raised me and made me Director General of this amazing conference.

The main goal of our Organization and Academic Team will be organizing and serving this edition of MUNZ with their skills, experiences and more. We are getting ready for MUNZ day by day, and it will become the best conference you can ever imagine.
